So last night my son had a fever of 101.3 so I gave him Tylenol and a cold teething toy since he had just had his bath and it went down he just woke up and it's the same exact temperature 101.3 everything I've read on the internet says don't take them to the ER unless it's 103+ he's teething and got shots last week also idk wat to do he seems fine besides his temp so do I go to the ER or just keep giving him meds? 😩
