Hopefully a girl this time, been sick this whole pregnancy so far and breaking out with acne.. any thoughts?

Yes I had a boy I was sick bad up until like 5 months and had a beautiful glow no acne and now I'm not having a beautiful glow just acne and sick everyday so far.
