Hi! My son just turned 1 on this past Friday and all of sudden everyone is asking, “is he trying to walk yet?” Does this annoy anyone else?

@gracelynnsmama, yes I agree. My 7 year old didn’t walk till about 14 or 15 months. I’m okay with it. He’ll walk when he’s ready. I just get so annoyed when people ask and then tell me how YOUNG their baby started walking lol.
My daughter is 14 months and not walking yet. She can but chooses not to
Neither is my daughter. She turned 1 almost 2 weeks ago. We were at story hour and out of the 3 toddlers her age, she's the only one not walking. She will in time. I'm okay with that.
@dazzlingmommy, oh good. So I’m not being too sensitive. I just say no he’s not walking yet. And they’re like oh my baby was walking at 9 months! Oh ok, that’s awesome lol.
Yess! People have been asking me since 11 months if my son was walking yet! It annoyed me so much!
@karkster420, awwww, she probably can get around faster without walking lol. I know my baby can lol.
