How did you mommies get through the first trimester ? I can't seem to do anything anything at all…

Thank you I saw her today she told me to drink more water and it will go away and to eat every 2 hrs but trully doesn't help !

It was very hard for me through the first trimester and even the second. For me I threw up mostly everything and anything I drank or ate. I basically never ate except for crackers and drank Gatorade because it didn't make me feel sick and helped with replacing electrolytes after throwing up all the time. Nausea meds can actually make it worse.

I had to get nausea meds because after three days of not even being able to drink water, I asked for something to help. Even on it I was nauseated but able to keep most food down. Fresh fruits and veggies did sit the best, though. Very small meals. Ginger is supposed to help. Nibbling saltine first thing in the morning is supposed to help too.

@keelygeedy omg I feel like I am laying down so much because in my first pregnancy I literally threw up just like you for three months I don't feel good :(

@verguinia It will get better soon mama and totally be worth it in the end! I had a miserable time trying to work up until I was 27 weeks from constantly being sick all day. I also lost so much weight and was in and out of the hospital.
