How do you deal w sleep insomnia while preg?

My nausea meds knock me right out typically lol. Take benedryl or unisom

Yeah trazadone put me tf out. If I don't take my Diclegis and Phenergan before bed, I'm up until 4 or 5 at least.

I cant take Tylenol unless I'm in excruciating pain, so I can't speak for that, but unisom should help for you.

Absolutely. Unisom and b6 is prescribed for morning sickness and is basically what's in Diclegis which is the only class A morning sickness drug. So 110% safe.
