Breastfed babies typically do not get constipated. It is not unheard of for them to go up to 14days without a bowel movement. Your breastmilk is specially formulated to your babies needs, causing little to no waste product. Therefor the need to poop, is less.

Breastfed babies can go up to 10 days without pooping. Without all of the extra ingredients like formula, breastmilk is usually fully absorbed and there is less waste and less need to poop for many babies. If you call the pedi they will confirm. Please stint give juice or karo syrup without consulting the doc
