You are allowed to eat and drink for that. The only one you need to fast for is the glucose test.

If they didn’t tell you to fast then you probably don’t have to, but you can always call and ask.

With my son I was never not allowed to eat before blood work and I always made sure I had something small because getting all that blood drawn made me nauseous and dizzy, I always had to have something to drink after.
