@sharaelrodgers1988 I have pupps rash on top of dry skin from the weather, it's terrible! I scratch so much I bleed, I was told to use like A&D, or coconut oil, something thick like that to help and I've been doing it a few days now and it's already helped so much.

@sharaelrodgers1988 yess! My doctor actually told me over the weekend to take it to help me sleep because I've been only sleeping 4-5 hours a night and then I'm up, but my body is exhausted
