Baby girl's sleep pattern is finally falling into place & I'm loving it 😍🙌🏽

@rainbowcin1 mine has a pretty good set schedule too. The key is to let them do it themselves. You don't put babies on a schedule, they eventually figure it out themselves.

@juliaschade41 mines sleep through the day and is up in the middle of the night until early mornings :/

@rainbowcin1, I would just feed her a lot in the night time to get her sleepy & then play some nursery rhymes for her & lay her on my chest . Once she would fall asleep on my chest, I lay her on her belly on the bassinet & she doesn't wake up till the next morning . But you don't have to lay your baby on his chest if you're not comfortable . Some babies can't lift their head up yet . That's the only way Ahmi'ya will sleep cause for some reason she does not like laying on her back at all . & also when you play your baby a nursery rhyme, try to play the same one so he can be familiar with it & it can be like his comfort music & he'll knock out quick (:
