If she has shown improvement lately i would give her a chance maybe but it not then I would take my sibling and raise him or her myself

I've done it before, of course I didn't raise my brother from infancy but by the time he was 6 and I was 8, I practically raised him. My mom was always working and my dad didn't by attention
