I have plugged milk ducts. Do you ladies have any remedies that’s can help make them go away?

You just have to apply heat and pressure. Before nursing or pumping use a hot pack or take a hot shower. During, massage your breast spots with good pressure in circular motions toward the nipple. It can take a while so just be patient 😁

@kambam, when you say use a hot pack where do I put it? The nipple part or the lumps?
