Um yeah and just being ick as a whole .... but I stayed very very active throughout the entire pregnancy . I gained 7 pounds and my baby was 7 pounds. It was very hard but it was worth it to have the goal to look basically the same as pre baby right after birth .

I hope so because loosing and maintaining a weight is difficult enough !!

No that was my main fear due to having a weight gain problem but you’ll be so surprised how fast you lose weight after giving birth
