Any mommies experienced light pink spotting and cramping two weeks before your period due and wasn't pregnant? I'm trying to figure out what is going on with me this is my first month without birth control so maybe I'll have my cycle earlier this month Idk it's just frustrating and confusing

Absolutely. And just because it happened this month doesn't mean it will happen next month. However, it's common and only cause for concern if you're having period type bleeding.

@eaj8290 See I thought you can only spot when your pregnant that's it. So the thing that worries me is I know I'm not pregnant but I'm spotting and cramping.

No you can spot at any time. Spotting it typically just hormones or could be from sex.

@eaj8290 okay good I'm just going to wait to see how long it happens I know if I miss my period this month then that's why, two weeks until my next period so I won't worry until then. It just amazes me how much a female body can change to the point where she don't even know what's going on. lol
