I've had a cold for a couple of weeks now congested chest and nose , and hard time breathing !! What do I take ugh !

Rub some vicks on your chest, and feet. Thats what helped me. Once you put the vicks on your feet put socks on. :)

Thank you !! I have been putting Vicks at night I am going to try on my feet
