Anyone use menstrual cups? I'm on my second cycle using the Lena cup. It's definitely going to be a GREAT alternative to tampons once I get over this learning curve! Anyone have a low cervix and have a cup they love?

erikak Is it sitting too low maybe? You could try trimming the stem or turning the cup inside

kambam You can just wipe it off with toilet paper or a baby wipe if you're carrying some.
