I started having contractions at 35 weeks. They can start any time. But that doesn't mean you're in active labor.
The period feeling I felt was when baby was dropping in the last trimester, starting to go head down and putting a lot pressure.
If your water breaks. Head to the hospital

Yeah you're not experiencing contractions. Lol believe me. They feel like your whole uterus is tightening with excruciating cramps that feel like your insides are being ripping apart.

Like you are dying . You should be fine it's worse than period pain . Someone constantly grabbing you by your uterus and pulling. You won't be able you focus or anything
