I want my body a certain way but I haven't done anything to accomplish this. I haven't put any effort into myself and I don't know where to find the motivation. Depression sucks.

Start with a morning routine. U can find ten minute wake up routines on YouTube. You just have to tell yourself to get up and do it. I struggle with depression and it was really hard for me. I set alarms on my phone with reminders like you won’t get where you want to be lying on the bed, or inspirational quotes. You’d be surprised how much getting up and getting moving first thing in the morning can change your attitude about the whole day! And it’s a Great Depression fighter! @morganmommy79, you should try it too!

I honestly think that's my problem. I've let myself go and don't know where to start. I want to feel good again but have no motivation or energy to even think about it.
