Every day is stressful and exhausting.. by night I'm exhausted and wanting to cry cause I'm so tired…

Every day is stressful and exhausting.. by night I'm exhausted and wanting to cry cause I'm so tired and my body is still recovering and in constant pain. My day has been full of feeding my boys and getting them drinks, playing, rocking and diaper changes for the little 2, nap time, and barely eating or drinking myself. I've had one cupcake, some gingersnaps, a big lunch which was honey BBQ boneless chicken wings and bread, a bowl of ice cream, and half a cup of yogurt (in that order). The time change is really messing with me and my boys schedule. RAM is 4 weeks old today and this is only week 3 of me being home with all 3. I know this gets easier and I know I won't get these moments back although I want to pull my hair out lol I signed up for this. One day and one step at a time it'll get easier and I'll get the hang of this thing called motherhood again and after that, another day I'll get myself out of this funk and become me again. I wrote this cause I am so tired and wanted my boys to go to sleep so I could and now that I finished all 3 are asleep so goodnight mamas! If I can hang in there with my 3 I know you can too! 😴😴😴😘
