Any moms dealt with anemia and/or low iron who can give me some pointers alternative to an iron supplement? Iron pills give me nausea and bad bad constipation, but I am also tired of feeling tired! 😩

Spinach 2 servings a day wich is 2 cups and red meat three times a week. I was anemic before pregancy it got bad during pregancy i started doing the spinach and red meat and my iron is the best its ever been

But I️ still had to take hemax and when the baby was born my hemoglobin went down to 7– they were going to give me a blood transfusion if it didn’t get better by discharge day.

I had pb&j sandwiches every night! High in protein but very light.
