This weekend will be the first time I am away from Emma and my heart is breaking a little thinking about it. My husband and I are headed to Philadelphia early morning on Saturday and returning late evening on Sunday and spending the two days scouring the city for an apartment for January. My Mom will be staying at our place taking care of Emma and Madeline (fur-daughter). Any advice for not sobbing the whole car ride?

@gmartinez31, thank you! I feel like everything is hitting at once - he has to report to work on 1/22 so we need to be packed, relocated and ready at that point. I also head back to my current job on Monday - and I am so not ready...
