I don't understand now the discharge is gone I had creamy light pinkish/brown looking discharge…

Have you talked to your doctor about any of this?

@t3mp3rz88 yeah I'm just confused to as what might be going on. My supposedly period was on September 28 th. Then in October I had 2 days of that discharge and that was it and then last night but that was it haven't had anything else since. I feel really bloated and uncomfortable

@mommyof2preciousboys1216, I would make an appointment to go in and have blood work done. If it comes back as negative they are going to want to test to make sure it isn’t a hormonal imbalance and whatnot. You’re better off going in then playing the waiting and guessing game.

@mommyof2preciousboys1216, yes, it can cause spotting but no actual period. You’re doctor will know more about it
