@all4myprinces, like can u take certain vitamins or can u just eat certain foods, I’ve looked on the internet but was wondering if someone out their had personal experience with it

i had hyperthyroidism and there was nothing to help that but a surgery

I think one of the things you can do is eat as cleanly as possible. My dad had hyperthyroidism amd he was put on medication
