^she's right. Even if Texas is an "at will" employment state the EEOC protects employees from discrimination. One for of discrimination would be firing you just because your pregnant.

Meaning buss their tables and so on so fourth. But honestly they did it because I'm pregnant asking a question is a dumb reason to fire someone especially if we're still in training

That really sucks, I'm sorry. You might still go talk to EEOC, there should be a local office. Even if they decide you don't have a case, it's worth checking into.

I threatened my manager I was gonna sue bc yes it is a law. Lol Pregnancy discrimination, I needed to leave work I was throwing up sick(not really) she told me I would be "let go" lol na only think I was gonna be was "paid". I know my rights 😭😂

@vspinktink, look into it that's not a legit reason in a training status like how you suppose to learn if you can't ask questions
