I swear my daughter has the best big brother ever. Woke up this morning and my 5 year old son made a bowl of cereal for him and sister. My son is the brother I️ always wanted. I love their bond.

Please tell me your secrets. I can't get my 10 y/o to make a bowl of cereal for himself, much less anyone else. His highness wants mom to make eggs and croissants and pancakes every day 😒

@sassymom, my son loves doing everything and what I️ found out is to never deny they the ability to do so. So I️ always encourage him to everything engage him in whatever I️m doing and make it fun. He helps me vacuum rinse off dishes and helps me get his sister ready in the morning. Anytime he wants something I️ always tell him let’s do it together and he always ends wanting to do them himself
