Can you feel heart burn in your back ?

Heartburn is through your esophagus which runs down the front. I don't think you'd feel it in your back.

You may want to be checked out by a doctor. Heartburn with back pain could be a sign of a heart attack.

Has your blood pressure been good and all?

I actually get that as well and my daughter is about the age of your oldest. It happens when the nerves start regenerating and getting feeling back, so don't worry to to much about your csection scar. Let me know what the they say about the rest. Good luck mama
