@juliaschade41 it is 100% impossible to get the flu from the vaccine. It takes 2 weeks for the vaccine to build up your antibodies, so if you're exposed to the flu before it takes affect, you'll still get the flu. And if the strain of flu that's going around is different than the the strains that were predicted for that season, the shot is just ineffective.
You can still get the flu after a flu shot, but in the same way you can still get pregnant while on birth control. The birth control didn't get you pregnant πŸ˜…
