As a sleep consultant moms often feel that my kids must sleep perfect because I just "sleep train" them but this is not the case. I'm just a human:) I wrote this poem when my baby was 4 months old and really giving me a run for my money! Haha. I always make sure my Facebook page talks about REALISTIC aspects of sleep and not all this you "should" do this and "never" do that crap!
