Does he have copies of the checks that were cashed? If your bank cashed them or a check cashing place did, they can provide copies. That should provide proof of some sort. There is recourse for their actions. If you have the text messages from the lady file sexual harassment charges too. Play hard ball.

@hamccright77 What if it's not a company?? He was a CNA for a guy that was paralyzed and they paid him by checks.

We also have text messages of the lady that lived there that would ask my husband to "fuck" her or if he wanted to go to her room at 3 in the morning.
My husband left because there was an emergency with me. I ended up at the hospital. So they let him go and now won't give him the last check. We threatened him yesterday with the police but he didn't care he said to call them. And that's because my uncle is a HPD sargent.
@hamccright77. Yes we have the bank statements. I told the guy last Night what she bad been doing and that we have text messages and he iqnored me after that.
