I been having contractions on and off now for an hour and they are not easing up, I’m hurting so bad. I feel so nauseous like I need to throw up. Haven’t lost my mucus plug or water hasn’t broke what should I do? I’m literally crying cause I’m in so much pain.

Girl doesn't matter if they've been going on for that long and are 5 mins apart or less go to the hospital! Sometimes you don't lose a plug or break your water. But you Def could be in labor right now and I'm so jealous!!! Good luck though momma! I'm excited for you!

You can still be in labor with out your mucus plug and water breaking , I didn’t loose none of mine and I went into labor @37 weeks
