Mine popped out with my daughter about 30 ish weeks. 
I’m 22 weeks now, and nothing yet.

I’ve decided Im going to get some of those nipple pasties and use them on my belly button this time! I got so tired of strangers starring at me....

It depends on your belly button. If you have a deep belly button you won’t pop out, if it’s not as far deep and a outtie it will pop. I have a deep deep belly button. It just gets narrower..
