How early did you pick up baby's heartbeat with a fetal Doppler? I did for a split second a few days…

Depends how they lay also..my last son laid soo low i had many ultrasound s because..they couldn't always pick up the heartbeat..tell your man patience hahah

@sherrynygirl, see that's what I'm saying. With my son, I didn't even pick it up at home until I was a good 13 weeks at least.

Babies are extremely tiny at this point and they move a lot so it’s hard

And I'll be 10 tomorrow so I'm surprised I even heard the little bit that I did the other day. The baby's heart beat was directly under where I heard mine so it was easy to differentiate the super fast heart beat vs mine. I just think I'm gonna wait awhile to do it again so I don't worry myself to death.

@babyjjsmommy even from beginning of my last pregnancy until he was born they always needed an extra dr to check and machine he played tricks while inside me

@sherrynygirl, well that's reassuring! I just tend to worry especially on days where I don't feel as nauseas and my stomach isn't poking out as much, that's why I hate the beginning so much 😩

@ceceandgianny216, I heard mine at 6 weeks as well through ultrasound. I was talking about the home fetal dopplers

Mine was at 14 weeks, once I heard it at the Dr and knew where to look. My advice is push harder than you think and almost as low as possible! Good luck !
