I know so many women do but still baffles my mind how women go through labor like how do you sleep or eat or walk? I wake up from babies kicks at 26 weeks and im pretty sure contractions are gonna hurt alot worse so sleeping is definitely not an option and in the past pain made me nauseous so no eating and your body is so weak from exhaustion like i would just pass out if I got up to walk. The most pain ive been in so far in my life i was so weak i couldnt even lift my head and that pain lasted for a couple hours tops not 12 plus hours :'(

When you get the epidural you can't walk or eat .. you will be able to sleep tho and that's the best ., I had the epidural and I fell asleep the doctor woke me up and told me it was time to push .. didn't even feel my contractions @ib.crazyskittles18,

I didnt have time for the epidural but our bodies are so resilient. Even when you think you can not do anymore your body shows you different. It is hard to prepare for this unknown pain but whichever method you decide to do, you will get through it. Once baby is out you might forget all abt what your body just went through.

@carmelosmommy haha I dont know of it was a breeze but im glad time ran out for me to get the epidural. It is safer for the baby but definitely not pain free lol. But our bodies r amazing!

Honestly drinking water through labor and walking around helps a LOT. I felt better when I was walking than laying down. And your throat is gonna get so dry lol
