So is it weird that I want my husband to be the first person (other then the doctors) to hold our daughter. Like I was the first to hold our son and I just feel like that would such a beautiful and emotional moment to me to watch the man that I love hold our daughter.

@damiensmommy1117 I'm having c section and how it went the last time was they cleaned my son let me kiss him and brought him to the nicu. But my daught won t have to be in the nicu cause she won t be a premie. She is coming out a few days before I'm 40 weeks. So I don't really know how they will do it but I know I'm going to tell the doctor to hand her to my husband because that is a moment I want to hold in my heart forever.
@avahcruz like I know my husband is very nervous when the baby is first born but I know it would mean the world to him to be able to tell his little girl he was the first to hold her.
My fiance was the first to hold our son after the nurses. I have the sweetest picture of him holding our baby, still in his blue hairnet 😍 They asked me, but I was shaking so badly I was scared I'd drop him.

My husband was the first to really hold our daughter but that’s only because I had to be rushed into emergency surgery afterwards. My husband and my mom held her before I did. I never got to see or hold her till about 16 hours after delivering her
