Need to vent/talk: had court today. After receiving the recommendation from court in September, it's been going towards trial because sperm donor can't/won't agree or compromise on anything. We have a new placement schedule where the 4 week days (Monday through Thursday) are split and we rotate weekends. I live 2.5-3 hours from sperm donor. We meet for exchanges at a place that is not half way in either miles or time. 3 days each week now, Patrick is going to be spending 6 hours on those days in the car. In sperm donors car, Patrick is in a FORWARD facing car seat. Last time I picked him up, SD also had a jacket on him. I have sent him so much literature and notes expressing my concerns about this and not the court appointed social worker, GAL or attorneys give a shit. This is now getting stretched out until March of next year and then possibly trial. Oh yeah, and my judge has a thing against me. Grrr 🐊
