You guys I really really need to lose weight ππ but food is so good
Anyways... I seem to get fat only in my belly. I wonder why that's possible. So since hs I've only gained like 50 pounds and it may seem easy to lose that but can I lose those 50 pounds of belly fat by just hiking and doing sit ups to tone my belly.
I will cover other parts of my body too but my belly is my main goal
