Breast milk, desitin, go to the doctor and they can prescribe creams that work better than any over the counter cream.

Have you been putting diaper rash cream on it? Also maybe she is allergic to the diapers your using .

-Desitin or some other kind of mild skin protectant after every diaper change.

-Try to leave her skin open to air as often as possible

-Could be the diapers or wipes youve been using. Maybe u can switch to a different brand

-Change her diaper more often. Gently wash her with water and PAT DRY. Try not to rub her skin.

Change the type of diapers you are using and use warm wash rags instead of wipes, and use only 100% pure petroleum jelly on the rash! My oldest was like that... she came 7 weeks early so she was in preemie diapers, the hospital only had pampers in preemie size, so she had the worst rash, diaper creams like desitin made it worse... we had to do Huggies little snugglers... then when she got bigger Huggies little movers... the Huggies snug and dry broke her out in a rash also! We tried small packs of a ton of brands... once we saw the Huggies worked we stopped trying anything else... so give those options a try and let her air out for a few minutes between diapers when you can

@cieracooper21, if you are breastfeeding it could be something you are eating... if you are using formula it could be something in that...
