
Had to break out the waist trainer today because it's starting to hurt when I run in my stomach area because of the loose skin from pregnancy. Any moms have the same issue or know how to tighten that area? I've tried almost everything and because of the weight I have lost my stomach has gotten even looser 😒
@thesurvivormom, is that like a product? lol I've been working out 20-30 mins a day 6 days a week and do abs every other day and I've lost over 50 lbs but still have a loose stomach
Get abs! It'll tighten into muscle. Google abs w.stretch marks!
No lol just inspiration that's you can do it also! Wow that's great discipline, it'll come in time. Just don't give up or over work out :)
