My emotions have been everywhere since giving birth to my son 2 months ago, feeling worthless, like im not a good mom, always worried about my relationship even though he's a great guy etc. But i know this horrible will pass!! Hang in there we will get through this!

I so feel you! Experiencing those same emotions right now. And I find I really need to disconnect from my emotions otherwise I will just dwell on what isn’t. & that’s not going to get us anywhere!
