He is able to lift his head now or should be able to. It’s a comfort thing. My son and I co sleep and he has to hold me all night.. I have a baby due next month 😂 I created bad habits lol. I wish I would of kept him swaddled. But even as a newborn he pulled his arms out
@momof2boyskb, yea he moves his head fine lol & awww !! Trying to break that habit is gonna be tough but def do it before the baby comes lol .. I was cosleeping as well and he wasn’t swaddled at night but I couldn’t sleep well with him on the bed with us . So after a month i transitioned him into the crib😭 & yea my son does too he can break out of the swaddle .. so we use the Velcro swaddle and swaddle him again with a light blanket ( double swaddle) lmao .. the struggle !!!
I have his bed even next to mine.. thankfully i have a king size bed or I would be doomed. When brother comes he will have to see brother is in his bed he needs to be to

I stopped at 2 months now my son hates even blankets. And moved all over lol.

We tried swaddles with my daughter once we got her home from the NICU. Second night, she rolled over. Went to sleep sacks ever since 😂
