What is this? Is it a rash , eczema , or allergic reaction to something? At 1st it was so bad then I notice a week or so it started getting worse 😭

It looks like eczema to me. My daughter has it. It was bad when she was very little, 2 months about. It was even on her eyelids and earlobes! As they age, mine is 9 mos now, is dissipates all around, but still good to moisturize baby after EVERY bath, make sure entirely dry, and use non-scented moisturizers.

Its normal my baby got it really bad too. Keep her cold. That's the only thing that helped my little one. We had her too bundled and she was too hot. Then we kept her in only a diaper for a month and it went away. Here's how my baby looked when it was super bad.
