Extremely worried and can't seem to find much help online so relying on you lovely ladies to hopefully reassure me that everything is normal. this is my first pregnancy and i'm currently 19 w+ 1d, since about 17 or 18 weeks I've felt little one moving a lot! almost constantly in fact. but the last few days ive barely felt any movement, after convincing myself it's normal I put the lack of movement to the back of my mind assuming the baby was having a rest after being so active. right now I'm having severe stabbing pains on my right side from my pubic bone to my hip bone and lower stomach. it's coming in waves. I'll be fine for a few minutes and then out of nowhere the stabbing pain happens and lasts for 1-2 seconds but it's so bad I gasp. I've had round ligament pain over the last few weeks but so far hasn't been sharp or intense like this. I can feel little one moving slightly in the middle of my lower stomach (underneath belly button and lower). are they on a nerve? is it too early for braxton hicks? is it still round ligament pain? extremely concerned. I've been feeling abit poorly today, headache slightly feverish. I'm still sick everyday so me being sick today isn't unusual. my mum has just come out of hospital and she's unwell so think she may have caught a bug or something from the hospital and brought it home? as you can tell I'm thinking about absolutely everything. any advice/reassurance/answers would honestly be appreciated so much.

If you really feel movement has changed ring your maternity triage. Speak to a midwife. Nothing will put your mind at ease, ask a professional. X
