Does anyone know of any good anti depressants medicine that I can buy over the counter for now…

Im depressed too. My parents are going to make me go talk to someone.😖

I don't think you can buy any. That's one of those prescriptions they won't let you have with out a doctor prescribing them.

St Johns Wort is an herbal supplement to help with depression, SAMe is more expensive costing around $30 a pack and a pack lasts a month but it helps promote a healthy mood and neurological function, omega 3 fatty acids are shown to help fight depression as well, you can also try 5 HTP or DHEA which are both linked to helping ease depression symptoms. But you should always ask your doctor before starting any herbal supplements to make sure it won't interfere with your current medications.

Yeah I know. 😔 I'm just tired of dealing with this depression stuff and it's messing with my relationship with my husband and family

So I'm trying to get help just don't know how and don't have any help trying to find it
