Fiber helps me not get constipated. Yes, it is surgery. It is a painful recovery but I had 3 or 4 removed at the doctor's office and just having them was so painful. I wanted to have the surgery and be done with them.

I got them when i was prego! What does fiber do foe them??? And is that surgery??? @bcoulter604

Oh yeah, no fun. I have had a hemorrhoidectomy. I take fiber everyday. I never had them when I was pregnant.
