I had to take Zantac for mine when pregnant . Tums have never worked for me... pregnant or not 🤣

Have you tried the gummy tums? They are easier on your stomach!

Lemon or vinegar water. 1tsp baking soda in water. Ginger tea. Chew some mint gum.

Zantac works awesome and you can take it while pregnant

Spoon full of vanilla ice cream also soothes raw throats when the acid comes up
