@taylor.stahr, I didn’t have an episiotomy but I did tear a bit and the stitches definitely hurt for a while. You’re only 10 days pp so give it time. Remember to give your body plenty of rest and go easy on yourself!

No I had to make sure to keep it clean since it wasn't one that was to bad

@lovingmommy2017, I think I’ve torn one too I sat down on the floor too hard and was in a lot of pain .. what happened when you tore it? Did the dr have to do it again?

All I know is it will take time and make sure you rest I didn't and wanted to do everything at least 15dpp I tore a stich so be careful

Did they give you the wipes and cream they help a little for me @taylor.stahr

@lovingmommy2017, oh mine haven’t itched at all, they just hurt when I’m standing for too long & when I pee ? I’m 10 days PP now

Mine didn't fully heal until 5 weeks and yes they do hurt

Try not itching them when they start coming out it can cause infection@taylor.stahr

They check to make sure you’ve healed up and everything looks normal, talk about birth control options, and say “see ya in a year for an annual checkup”
