Left the doc 2cm dialated. Got home walked & jogged & bounced on my exercise ball. Wonder if ive dialated anymore ?

tmi i need ur opinions pik in comments! the dr said i was bleeding yesterday after she check for dialation im only 36weeks 4cm. Is this a sign for me to go to the hospital?
