Ok mommas. So I have chronic migraines. With being pregnant they are worse, any suggestions??
@keelingmelinda96, this pregnancy yes. If it doesn't work immediately it won't work at all. Too much sleep can trigger mine as well.
@raycharles1230 I sleep non stop and eat healthy
@mycutiebabyboyyyyy I've tried that doesn't help
Ask your doc about benedryl. Mines gave me that for my migraines and it works wonders but it makes you 💤 drowsy.
Acupuncture has literally saved my life. Highly recommended.
I get them as well. Usually bad in the beginning of pregnancy with vomiting which I only get that addition while pregnant. As soon as I have any sort of symptom, I immediately take as much Tylenol as I can, if I have a caffeinated soda I will drink it, and try to rest if I can. Surprisingly this pregnancy I have been able to keep them away for the most part. I have tried many migraine medications and those don't seem to work as well as eating healthy and getting enough sleeps
Pedilight gatoraid, lime and salt water
@keelingmelinda96, doesn’t necessarily make them go away immediately but it helps a ton. I always feel better after I leave. Within a few visits I felt like a whole new person. I used to go once a week and now I go once a month for maintenance. Not working immediately doesn’t necessarily mean it won’t work at all.
