How many of you went from 1 centimeter dilated and 70% effaced to full blown labor?

I did with my first baby. I never got past 1cm and in the middle of the night I went into labor

@alekandaryasmommy, Okay thanks! I just got checked to see if I was dilated and I am a bit. I've been having contractions on and off since yesterday. I didn't even sleep last night, but they are irregular and not so strong

Yeah I know I was so confused too the second time around. But honestly you’ll know when to go in. When you can’t talk or walk through it then go

At my 38 week appointment I was already 3cm and 80% effaced and I went from that to full blown labor(kinda I got a little stuck) within a few days. I hadn’t even gone a week from my appointment to when I went into labor and had my son.

@juliaschade41, you stayed at 1 for a long time? Did you walk?

I stayed at 1cm until they induced 2 weeks later

Me! I wasn’t dilated at all til I went in to labor at 38 weeks

@juliaschade41, @moomooandanners, @niaajani, I guess everyone is different! I hope I don't stay at 1 for too long! Im even getting the runs after I eat
