@ericabutler389, eczema doesn’t always itch. Allergic reaction would though. Cortisone cream will help with the inflammation and I use aveeno eczema cream for mine. I have it covering my legs since I was little and it helps a lot

If it dont itch then it cant be eczema or a rash as those would itch maybe its an allergic reaction from like a food or maybe the kind of dish soap or body wash or laundry soap you use cause i know i have sensitive skin and can only use certian dish soaps laundry soaps and body washes
