I think you should avoid all alcohol during pregnancy.

No alcohol whatsoever.

Alcohol during pregnancy isn't good at all.

I actually know quite a few pregnant women who have a glass of wine, once a week or so. It’s a risk that I’m not willing to take because I’m too nervous already! But I also rarely drink when I’m not pregnant, so it’s not a big deal for me. I have a friend who had one or two beers a week, her baby is four weeks old and perfect.

A girl I went to school with had wine like twice a week and her baby is 7 months old and absolutely perfect

I drank a tiny glass of wine on my birthday. One glass of wine here or there isnt gonna hurt the baby. Like how they say marijuana hurts a baby if you smoke it while pregnant? Hahaha. Show me one story where marijuana alone hurt a baby while mother was pregnant.

That's what people in other cultures do. Like in Italy and France. They're very big on wine there. Some doctors will also tell you a glass of wine over the weekend isn't bad every now and then.

I'm 25 weeks and had my first half glass at a wedding last night but I'm eating myself up about it ...but both my sister's drank wine on a regular when prago , i just think differently than than do and got talked into doing so and most of me feels completely awful the other part is like all there kids came out okay.

It’s okay to have a glass every once in a while. I did and my baby is growing right on track.
